EULA - End User License Agreement

READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE OR RUNNING THE SOFTWARE OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, DELETE ALL COPIES OF IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER. 
This 2p2s package is owned by TechSys Consultants Pty. Ltd. (hereafter also called Authors). Authors grants to the user rights to use a copy of 2p2s at users own risk. The user agrees that he/she shall not COMMERCIALLY sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for any such purposes, the copy of 2p2s or any modifications or derivations thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other product or software program. Further, the user shall not modify the copy of 2p2s. However user can freely redistribute the copyof 2p2s files as long as it is complete and contains all files that the user originally downloaded from 2p2s/TechSys Website.  
2P2S IS PROVIDED TO THE USER "AS IS." AUTHORS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO 2P2S AND/OR ASSOCIATED MATERIALS PROVIDED TO THE USER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -- AUTHORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. 
The governing laws for this license agreement are the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.  TechSys reserves the rights to change any of the program components &/or its specifications without notice.
